Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and act competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store displays, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback, monitor inventory, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
