Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service, merchandising, and stocking responsibilities.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process purchases, stock shelves, maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.

Physical Requirements

  • Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Perform a variety of physical tasks around the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Customer service and cash register operation skills.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
