Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory control activities and promptly report any issues.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to set standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
