We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently
• Stock shelves and displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
