Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in maintaining store appearance, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
