Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, merchandising, and stocking. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in inventory management and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
