Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, processing purchases, and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, such as cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and able to meet state requirements for handling and selling alcohol.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
