Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of general cleaning duties and interpreting company policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
