Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet local requirements for alcohol sales.
