Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product stock levels, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
- Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
