Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your role will significantly impact the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and arrange products neatly for display.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize discrepancies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow policies, provide excellent customer service, and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
