Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your role will significantly impact the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and arrange products neatly for display.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow policies, provide excellent customer service, and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
