Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and provide top-notch customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure neat merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring data security

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
