Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies and uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
