Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and general issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Work with various equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
