Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering, cleaning, and stocking activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Provide feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory management and cash handling
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Good communication and organization skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
