Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a critical part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Maintain shelves and merchandise displays, handle customer purchases, and perform general cleaning duties.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct store inventory counts, and provide feedback on product issues.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
