Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a critical part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain shelves and merchandise displays, handle customer purchases, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct store inventory counts, and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
