Director, Benefits

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Director of Benefits to join our team at B. Braun Medical Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all benefit plans, implementing new programs, ensuring compliance, managing vendor relationships, and leading a benefits team. You will play a crucial role in developing and administering health, welfare, retirement, and other benefit plans to support our diverse workforce of 6,000 employees across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Administer all employee benefit plans, including health, welfare, and leave programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and consulting services.
• Oversee self-insured health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and $1B in pension assets.
• Analyze health plan performance and recommend enhancements based on market trends.
• Lead strategic planning for employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage Open Enrollment and focus on preventive care initiatives.
• Develop creative campaigns for benefit-related employee communications.
• Supervise a team of 3 benefit analysts, maintaining strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of Benefits Administration experience.
• Professional certification in benefits administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of employees.
• Regular attendance and occasional business travel required.

Compensation

$172,730 Yearly Salary
