In this role, you will work in a dynamic sales department, interacting with customers daily to provide tailored solutions and ensure their satisfaction with Optimum products and services.
Responsibilities
- Create customized telecom solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and effectively pitch the advantages of Optimum products.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to drive revenue and customer retention.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of door-to-door sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Physical abilities to work full-time and travel as needed.
