Responsibilities
- Create customized telecom solutions for customers.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pricing plans.
- Persuasively present and promote Optimum products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and quotas.
- Adhere to ethical and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of door-to-door sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in technical skills to support customer solutions.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle (where applicable).
- Ability to work full-time.
