Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join Optimum as Door to Door Sales Representatives. In this dynamic role, you will be part of a vibrant sales team, interacting with customers in their homes to provide them with customized solutions and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Create tailored telecom packages for each customer based on their unique needs.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest offerings.
- Master the art of persuasion to effectively showcase and sell Optimum products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and provide post-sales support to build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and quotas.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of door-to-door selling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills.
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and satisfactory driving record where applicable.
- Ability to work full time.
