Job Description
We are Optimum, a leading provider of connectivity solutions, and we are looking for an ambitious Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key part of our direct sales department, engaging with customers to provide them with tailored telecom solutions from our comprehensive suite of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customized telecom solutions based on each customer's unique needs.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively showcase our offerings.
- Master the art of sales persuasion, addressing customer concerns with confidence.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of door-to-door selling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and car insurance.
