Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of handling and selling alcoholic beverages may be required.
