Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service.

Starting Wage
$17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain orderly merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members
- Offer feedback on products and inventory, handle cash transactions, and adhere to company policies
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
- Proficient in using necessary equipment and following company procedures
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience will be considered
