Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and give feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Proficiency in using store equipment and following cleaning procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
