Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with your colleagues and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company procedures and policies
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
