Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Efficient cash register operation
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
