Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of working in a team environment and following company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
