Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
