Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves with attention to detail.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers throughout their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
