Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
