Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and the customer experience is exceptional. You will handle cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to provide top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register.
- Safely operate equipment as required.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
