Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Support inventory management and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to company policies and security procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
