Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
