Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and uphold our company standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold document security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
