Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and communicate effectively with management.
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are attractive and organized.
• Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous work experience in a retail setting is a plus.
