Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with your team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and following company policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Demonstrated organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
