Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a retail setting is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
