Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures, maintain cleanliness, and uphold security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
