Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently and safely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
