Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and stock shelves efficiently
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
- Follow company policies to safeguard data and documents integrity
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Proficient in cash register operations and store equipment
- Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
- Prior retail experience preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus
