Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
- Participate in inventory management, inventory counts, and report any issues to the management team.
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain the security of documents and data.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
