Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to maintain store appearance.
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
