Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store cleanliness.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Capability to handle equipment like hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
