Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are merchandised effectively.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
