Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and overall store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and various store equipment
• Capability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• A combination of education and experience is considered
