Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is organized and customers have a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
- Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working independently or within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
