Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
