Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work closely with the ALDI team, demonstrating the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring.
• Follow company policies, safeguard data and documents, and perform assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and meet ALDI employment requirements.
• Skilled in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred, but not required.
