Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
