Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
